Limitations

Client compatibility. Attentive supports native connections through Claude and ChatGPT, as well as custom connections through compatible MCP clients. Setup, tool discovery, and approval controls vary by application.
Model-dependent results. Response quality and multi-step workflow execution depend on the AI application and model you use. Review generated content, analysis, and proposed changes.
Tool availability. Available tools vary by selected company, user permissions, connection configuration, and enabled Attentive products.
Supported operations. The MCP supports the actions exposed through its available tools. Some workflows may still require the Attentive UI.
Interrupted actions. If a connection drops or an error occurs during a write action, the change may already have been applied. Check the resulting state before retrying to avoid duplicate changes.
