Punchh: SFTP segmentation integration (legacy)

You can connect Attentive with the loyalty platform, Punchh, to upload a segmentation list to Attentive to send SMS campaigns to your loyal customers. To connect your Punchh segmentation list with Attentive, you must work with our White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) at Attentive to set up an SFTP folder. Then, contact your Punchh account representative to enable the integration. Once the integration is enabled, a CSV file that includes the Punchh segmentation list can be placed in the assigned SFTP folder to connect to Attentive. These files are processed every 24 hours, ensuring that your Punchh segmentation list in Attentive is up-to-date.

If you'd like to pass back a subscriber’s email address and phone number to your Punchh account, see the Punchh: postback and messaging integration article.

Note the following:

  • A subscriber is identified as a phone number or email address.
  • If a phone number provided does not match an active and opted-in subscriber in Attentive’s database, it is ignored and not added to the platform.
  • Once this integration is configured, your Punchh segmentation list appears in Attentive.
